Job Description

We are in search of a multi-skilled, dynamic Sales Excellence Lead to join our Sales Enablement team. This role is critical for working alongside and between sales teams, account teams, and business units to build and manage a Center of Excellence (COE) repository while building a process and leading the creation of content to support the business development lifecycle of client opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker adept at connecting the dots between client needs and Blend solutions, paired with a hands-on approach to driving execution. This role will be highly collaborative across functions with many moving pieces, so organization and being able to coordinate and drive initiatives forward will be critical. Experience with technology and/or consulting will help the candidate excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • COE Repository Development and Maintenance
    • Co-create a repository of content needed to support Blend’s solutions/offerings.
    • Co-create an iterative process to gather, update, and improve content for each of Blend’s solutions to ensure the latest and best content is leveraged.
    • Co-develop best practices for utilization of COE content.
  • Sales Content Generation
    • Project Management and coordination of the business development content creation process (i.e. discussion documents, proposals, RFPs, etc.) to ensure quality and timeline expectations are met for each opportunity.
    • Oversee storyline and alignment to client business need for all content generation.
    • Guiding and liaising with sales/client leads and subject matter experts within service lines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales management, or a related field, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.
  • High level business acumen to understand a client’s business objectives, challenges, needs, etc. to set the basis for what we are solving for.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to story tell and carry a cohesive thread throughout the creation of a piece of sales collateral.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives and deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to connect dots and think creatively to lead the development of proposals that meet our client’s needs.
  • Ability to think critically to work with internal stakeholders and/or ask clarifying questions of the client to ensure we proactively develop proposals that best solve our clients’ needs.
  • Experience supporting business development content creation (e.g., discussion documents, proposals, RFPs, etc.)
  • Experience working with technical subject matter experts to develop value propositions and solution approach content (preferred, not required)
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to understand Blend’s solutions and how they help meet client’s business objectives or solve their problems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), utilizing them to enhance productivity and communication.
