Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Cold Calling Campaigns: Initiate and execute effective cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients. Communicate the value proposition of our virtual staffing solutions.
  • Lead Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads through various stages of the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless handover of marketingqualified leads.
  • Client Research & Reporting: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and challenges. Generate detailed reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and market trends.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in a sales role, such as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, Business Development, or other similar roles, preferably with USbased clients
  • C1/C2 English level
  • Strong understanding of fullcycle sales processes and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Possess an indepth knowledge of effective sales and leadgeneration strategies as well as industry best practices
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and demonstrate selfmotivation.
  • Solutionsfocused, proactive with strong work ethics
  • Proficiency with different tools and cloudbased platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM and Dialer systems.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and highspeed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with uptodate web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and wellorganized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
