Para que te sientas cómodo/a en la posición lo ideal es que cuentes con experiência en atención a usuarios y gestión de problemáticas de Office 365, Sharepoint, One Drive y herramientas ofimáticas.
Asimismo, al tratarse de una compañía internacional, estarás en contacto con personas de diversos países que tengan inglés como segunda lengua por lo que será necesario que cuentes con un nível intermedio a nível conversacional.
**Tu misión en la posición será**:
Te encargarás de brindar soporte a usuarios, gestionarás problemáticas de conectividad, administrarás plataformas de correo electrónico y te asegurarás del suministro de Hardware y Software.
**Propuesta**: Modalidad híbrida (3x2) y turno de lun a vie de a 9 a 18 hs en Zonamerica.
