**The role we are offering you**:
- Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner.
- Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems on customer environments.
- Gather client feedback and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong support relationships with clients.
- Documenting issues and solutions as required.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- 2-4 years related experience in the airline industry is a strong asset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Advanced computer software skills.
- Advanced knowledge/experience on Microsoft Windows OS is required (knowledge on Windows Server is a plus).
- SQL knowledge is required.
- UNIX/Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
**Technical Support Requirements**:
- Experience in help desk software
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Previous experience in tech support or a similar job
- Attention to detail
- Teamworking
