**Role and Responsibilities**

**The role we are offering you**:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and take actions and triage for customer faced systems.
- Participate in Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management processes as well as on-call support.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field, or commensurate experience required
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Operations-SysAdmin or Software Development
- Strong attitude towards teamwork, knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Strong understanding of programming languages and scripting including Bash and Python; Terraform knowledge required, Ansible and/or AWS Lambda knowledge are a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of Unix OS family -RedHat preferred-, Cloud infrastructure, networking, replication principles, and multi-datacenter operations
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies, SCM, and Software Development life-cycle practices are a bonus
- A strong focus on business outcomes, performance optimization, cost reduction, simplicity in design
- ITSM knowledge required, ITIL Certifications are a plus
- Basic Oracle or MS-SQL server knowledge at user level is a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools: Cloud Watch, Zabbix, ELK are a plus
- Must have advanced oral and written communication level in English
