Job Summary
PST.AG is seeking a highly motivated and communicative client care specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer support, creating tickets, and resolving customer cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer care: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Ticket processing: Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets to ensure seamless customer support
- Communication: Providing clear and concise communication to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Scheduling appointments: Coordinating appointments and documenting their content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems
- Experience with LLM and ability to create prompts and understand output
