PST.AG is a leading company in the industry, offering a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative individual to support our team in customer management.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, creating and resolving tickets, and providing comprehensive customer support. They will also be involved in process documentation, workflow management, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in any related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position are required.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, and excellent organizational skills. They should also be proficient in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, have project management and coordination skills, and be able to work Central European Time (CET). Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems, LLM, and professional communication skills are also essential. A very good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
