DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated Head of WholeSales to become part of our team. To succeed in this role, you will need a hands-on approach and the ability to learn. Your tasks will include entering wholesale sales, developing in other countries, To succeed, you will need a pragmatic approach and the ability to play to win.

This is a full-time job, working remotely from anywhere in the world.

5 years of Head of|Lead|Supervicer) experience in wholesale trading company, export trading company
Wholesale, distribution, import, export
Working in US time zone
Achievement of target indicators on turnover
Creation of customer base
Creation and implementation of wholesale department structure
Creation and implementation of motivation for all positions (employees)
Staff recruitment for the wholesale department
Adaptation and training of new employees
Implementation of sales funnel of the wholesale department
Deployment of scripts for employees of the wholesale department
Implementing a quality control department checklist to evaluate the performance of wholesale department employees.
Revenue plan decomposition for the wholesale division
Customer segmentation and target customer avatar identification of the wholesale department
Developing a Statute of Labor Standard for Wholesale Division employees.
Writing a quality control checklist to evaluate the performance of department employees
Developing a Salesperson's Book for working with wholesale department customers
Collecting commercial department analytical data and visualizing it YOUR PROFILE
You have proven and successful experience as a WholeSales Executive;
You can create and execute a department development strategy ;
Hands-on skills in expanding the customer base;
Specializes in sales and genuinely loves B2C.B2B.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Fast learner, problem solving skills, proactive.
Well versed in customer relationship management.
Large + established base of clients, retailers, etc.
High level of English is a must; proficiency in any other European language (e.g. Russian) is a plus.
Focused on long-term working relationships Practical knowledge of the US market
