**Descripción del rol**:
Como Sales Manager, dirigirá y llevara adelante el equipo de ventas de datos, impulsándolo a superar los objetivos de ventas predefinidos. Buscamos un líder dinámico y orientado a los resultados, con experiência en el sector y un historial de hábil dirección de equipos en entornos de alta presión, cerrando acuerdos y fomentando sólidas relaciones con clientes de diversas carteras.

**Funciones principales**:

- Dirigir y supervisar todas las actividades de ventas, incluidas la prospección, la generación de clientes potenciales, la negociación y el cierre de acuerdos.
- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias eficaces para aumentar las ventas y maximizar los ingresos, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión en el mercado.
- Gestionar y motivar al equipo de ventas para que alcance y supere los objetivos de ventas establecidos, proporcionando formación, orientación y apoyo continuo.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y productos para garantizar la alineación de las estrategias comerciales y la entrega de soluciones integrales a los clientes.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales y potenciales, identificando sus necesidades y proporcionando soluciones personalizadas que añadan valor a su negocio.
- Analizar los datos y métricas de ventas para evaluar el rendimiento del equipo, identificar áreas de mejora y desarrollar planes de acción para optimizar los resultados.
- Representar a la empresa en eventos y conferencias del sector, creando y manteniendo una red de contactos profesionales.

**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**
- Experiência previa en gestión de equipos de ventas, con objetivos comprobables.
- Gran capacidad de comunicación y de establecer relaciones comerciales sólidas.
- Orientación a los resultados, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir los plazos.
- Excelentes dotes de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar un equipo.
- Conocimiento profundo del proceso de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, así como de las mejores prácticas en ventas consultivas.
- Titulación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Economía u otro campo relacionado.
- Bilingüe / inglés avanzado
