About the opportunity
Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, buscamos **Customer Operations Specialist** en **Buenos Aires, Argentina o en Montevideo, Uruguay*****
- Ser responsable del journey de nuestros usuarios, identificando áreas de oportunidad en la experiência y desafiando el status quo, con el objetivo de mejorar nuestros procesos y asegurar la calidad del servicio.
- Liderar proyectos de mejora de manera autónoma, ágil y escalable, interactuando con equipos locales y globales, asegurando la correcta sinergia entre equipos con un enfoque data-driven e iterativo.
- Trabajo en equipo con pares y líderes de toda la organización, tanto equipos regionales, como globales (Delivery Hero).
- Guiar al equipo en la calidad de los análisis y entregables, co-creando datos y reportes de calidad para la comunicación con stakeholders.
- Diseñar y llevar a cabo iniciativas con impacto en nuestros principales indicadores.
- Liderar equipos
What you need to be successful
- Manejo de SQL
- Nível avanzado de Inglés
- Es un plus que cuentes con manejo de herramientas de reporting como datastudio ó Tableau.
- Visión customer centric
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de trabajo en equipo.
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a desafíos y contextos dinámicos.
