About the Role

Sabre is seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer and Course Developer to join our Enablement and Customer Training team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining instructional content, including e-learning courses, training videos, instructor and student guides, job aids, assessments, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content across the organization, ensuring that it is engaging, informative, and meets the needs of our customers and Sabre teams.
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Maintain content within our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that it is up-to-date and easily accessible to our users.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing self-paced e-learning curriculums, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, and assessments using adult learning principles.
  • Proficient in graphic and content design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and similar tools.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
