Tu rol


Este rol es responsable de manejar consultas relacionadas con Compras y Pagos, tanto de colaboradores internos como de proveedores externos, asegurando respuesta y calidad de atención adecuada en tiempo y forma, de acuerdo a los procedimientos estándar.


Principales actividades
Procesar consultas de colaboradores internos y proveedores externos de acuerdo a los "Service Level Agreements". Comunicarse con los colaboradores internos y proveedores externos de manera efectiva y eficiente. Proporcionar fechas de pago y detalles solicitados.

Atender las consultas de los clientes internos y externos, usando las diferentes herramientas de atención:
Tickets, Teléfono y Chat. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos en las tareas asignadas.

Resolución de consultas en tiempo y forma:
tomar responsabilidad e iniciativa por la consulta hasta que la misma es resuelta de forma exitosa.

**Quién eres?

  • Estudiantes de carreras técnicas o Universitarias relacionadas con Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o afines.
  • Experiência previa en tareas administrativas o de atención al cliente.
  • Idioma portugués fluído
  • Idioma inglés básico
  • Manejo de paquete Office, Excel intermedio/avanzado
  • Se valora conocimiento de SAP
  • Buscamos una persona proactiva, colaborativa, dinámica, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientada a la satisfacción del cliente y con capacidad de aprendizaje.
