Your Role:
This role is responsible for managing the internal and external requestors by ensuring timely and accurate resolutionof queries through standardized processes.
Have enough knowledge to explain the reason for invoice rejection/deletion and action to be taken by the vendor. Investigate queries raised by third party vendor/customer. Exercise due diligence in reviewing and resolving queries using the different tools such as SNOW, CiscoTelephony, Chat Functionality. Ensure delivery within agreed global and local performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvements in assigned and related tasks. Timely and accurate processing of queries - take ownership and initiative until the transaction is successful and accurately processed. Collate and input data with a high level of accuracy.
Who You Are:
Students or Bachelor's of Finance, Administration, Accounting or related courses.
Basic Accounting Background is preferred.
Experience working in Customer Service or a Shared Services Center of Accounts Payable is preferred.
Fluent English language skills are required.
Fluent Portuguese lenguage skills is required.
Proficient Office skills (intermediate/fluent).
Multitasking, proactive, collaborative, dynamic profile, with excellent communication skills, customer focus and fast learning.
