Responsabilidades:

  • Contactar potenciales clientes B2C a través de teléfono, redes sociales, correo electrónico y Meet para generar nuevas ventas.
  • Apoyar a estudiantes que desean ingresar al mercado digital y que están en nuestro banco de talentos.
  • Mantener un alto nível de actividad de ventas, registrando diariamente los avances y las interacciones en el sistema CRM.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de fidelización para mejorar la lealtad y satisfacción del cliente

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprobada en ventas internas y trabajo remoto.
  • Dominio de tecnologías de comunicación, como CRM y plataformas de llamadas en línea.
  • Conocimiento del paquete office: Powerpoint, Excel y Word.
  • Capacidad para manejar un gran volumen de clientes B2C y mantener una alta productividad.
  • Habilidades para recopilar y utilizar consumer insights para mejorar la personalización y las conversiones.

Competencias clave:

  • Interpretación y acción según indicadores de desempeño semanal y mensual.
  • Dominio de los 5 KPIs diarios: leads totales contactados, leads contactados sin éxito, leads contactados con éxito, leads que avanzaron en el pipeline, leads que cerraron.

Jornada de Trabajo:

  • Jornada: 9am a 6pm
  • Lunes a Viernes
  • Contrato de prestación de servicios
