Principales objetivos de la posición:
Ser el primer punto de contacto de los/las colaboradores/as para brindar soluciones a consultas o solicitudes relacionadas con la nómina, la gestión de beneficios, la estructura organizacional, el proceso de aprendizaje, desarrollo y desempeño o los sistemas de RRHH y plataformas.
Tareas principales:
- Tener comprensión y conocimiento de las políticas de la empresa, los procedimientos y los cambios en el ciclo de vida de los empleados, los puntos de contacto y los procesos de recursos humanos para poder solucionar problemas.
- Brindar soporte a consultas de bajo grado nível de complejidad o impacto. Escalación de casos complejos o que requieren de una profundidad mayor de expertise a los equipos que correspondan.
- Asesorar y capacitar a los/as colaboradores/as sobre cómo aplicar las políticas y pautas de recursos humanos.
- Utilizar un sistema de gestión de casos y una base de conocimientos para el seguimiento, la recopilación de información y / o la resolución de problemas.
- Cumplir con nuestro SLA, garantizar la calidad del servicio.
- Apoyo en otras tareas de operaciones de RRHH.
Educación mínima y calificaciones requeridas para la posición:
- Educación | Estudiante o recientemente egresado de Carreras Universitarias relacionadas Recursos Humanos, Administración o Finanzas.
- Experiência laboral | 13 años de experiência de trabajo en HR, administrativo o de atención al cliente.
- Idiomas | Nível avanzado de español y portugués.
- Habilidades blandas | Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, orientación al cliente, empatía e inteligencia emocional, habilidades de organización y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
