Tareas principales a realizar:

  • Garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros socios, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad en la presentación del servicio establecidos por la empresa.
  • Identificar áreas de oportunidad en los procedimientos establecidos, detectar deficiencias en los servicios ofrecidos y proponer/establecer mejoras en los mismos, así como implementar acciones preventivas ante situaciones futuras.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Carrera Universitaria en curso o Carrera Técnica en las ramas de Administración, Ciencias Económicas, Turismo, Comunicación, Marketing.
  • Experiência en ventas, atención al cliente, manejo de casos complejos, experiência en turismo y/o tiempo compartido.
  • Dominio de idiomas Español y Portugués.
  • Dominio de idioma inglés (EXCLUYENTE).
  • Herramientas informáticas: Manejo de Office y Outlook.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel.

Horarios:
