Front Office Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Support Coordinator to join our team at WTW. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our colleagues and clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including call and visitor handling, meeting support, and print services. They will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, monitoring facilities services, and assisting with workstation moves.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide meeting support, including coordinating logistics and ensuring meeting spaces are stocked and tidy.
- Manage print, post, and courier services, including placing orders and maintaining proper records.
- Maintain office supplies, including ordering and stocking.
- Monitor facilities services, including responding to inquiries and helping to maintain overall cleanliness and order of office space.
- Assist with workstation moves and other space adjustments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Facilities Services Leader/Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with administrative software and equipment an asset.
