The Role

As a key member of the WTW team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative support services. Your duties will include:

Reception and Switchboard Services

  • Handling calls and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing meeting support, including organizing meeting spaces, catering, and equipment.

Administrative Support

  • Managing print, post, and courier services.
  • Overseeing stationery supplies and stock levels, including ordering and maintaining records.
  • Printing, binding, and producing client reports, proposals, and other materials in a timely and accurate manner.

Facilities Services

  • Monitoring Facilities Services email, phone, and service ticket status, and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness and order of the office space, including equipment maintenance.
  • Working with building management and office management to arrange repairs and maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the on-boarding of new colleagues, including IT requirements and other Service Now tasks.
  • Providing colleagues with a working telephone/voice handset.
  • Helping to manage business records and update file management systems.
