As a Client Success Manager, you will be essential in onboarding, maintaining, and fostering relationships with our clients. Your role will involve managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction, while collaborating with both new and existing clients to guarantee they receive comprehensive support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations related to factoring, asset-based lending, supply chain finance, and purchase order finance transactions.
  • Prepare and review documentation packages necessary for funding and manage collections within the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance across client portfolios.
  • Assist clients with their collection activities in line with established client-debtor relationships.
  • Engage daily with clients, banking partners, software vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support initiatives aimed at operational enhancements, modernization, and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal software developers, IT specialists, and operational staff.
  • Utilize industry expertise to analyze data and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in industry-specific software, particularly FactorSoft.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in trade finance operations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Comprehensive understanding of transactional documents necessary for supporting funding requests across various trade finance structures.
  • Ability to collaborate with underwriting teams to develop operational procedures for both new and existing transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining, enhancing, automating, or eliminating policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong capacity to multitask without compromising accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
