SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Nexum Consulting, a company specializing in providing professional services to clients in the United States and Canada.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast future sales and set realistic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Public Accounting, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
